The Southern portion of the property transitions from fields into a thick, swampy bedding area with ample deer sign. When I pulled up to the property there was a group of deer and a flock of turkeys feeding in the fields. There's a cove in the Southwest corner of the field that should make for a killer stand site. The North side of the lease has a nice chunk of swampy woods surrounded by fields, which has the look of another good spot to hunt. There is also a pond on each side of the road for year round water sources. This lease is open for deer and turkey hunting only, camping is allowed during hunting season. ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only. Please be mindful of the planted fields.
